Fit 04 - Yoga Tai Chi T (8:30am-9:30am)

Tai Chi uses slow fluid movements. This unique form of moving meditation calms our minds, relaxes our bodies and can strengthen our focus and spirit in a slow, gentle way along with increasing our internal energy. Yoga and Tai Chi have so much in common. Both use breath with movement. Both focus on mind body connection. Some of the health benefits they have in common are decreases stress levels, increases breath control, increases strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
